Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription, downgrade or upgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. You will have access to your plan features until the end of the billing period. There are no cancellation fees or long-term commitments.

What is Aaura's refund policy?

To protect the experience of all users, launch seats are limited. We offer a seat-protected, fair-use refund for first-time subscribers: Cancel within 14 days and keep usage at or below 5 AI tool sessions and we’ll refund your first payment. If you go beyond those limits or you’re on a renewal, you can still cancel anytime. Your access continues to the end of your billing period, but we don’t issue refunds. Refunds deactivate your account and release your seat; rejoining may require being added to the waitlist. (Subject to applicable law.)

How often will I be billed for my Aaura subscription?

Aaura is a recurring subscription service that bills you once a month through the payment method you have chosen. You can update your payment method at any time in your account settings.

When are my subscription payments due?

Recurring payments are collected on the same day of each month that you originally subscribed. For example, if you subscribed on November 5th, your next payment will occur on December 5th.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards from all major providers, including Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept payment via PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Your payment is securely protected by Stripe.

How is my payment being processed?

We use Stripe as our payment processor. They handle all of our payments, receipts and store your payment details securely. So if you see Stripe on your receipt, don't worry - it's completely secure!

What happens when I reach my monthly AI session limit?

When you reach your monthly session limit, you can purchase additional credits or upgrade to a higher plan. Premium plan users have unlimited sessions. Your session count resets on your billing renewal date each month.

Can I get an invoice or receipt for my subscription?

Yes. You can access and download invoices directly from your account settings page. All receipts are automatically emailed to you after each successful payment.

What's the difference between Essentials and Deep Dive feedback?

Essentials feedback provides quick, actionable insights for your listings and photos. Deep Dive feedback includes comprehensive analysis with detailed suggestions, competitive insights, and optimization recommendations tailored specifically for Etsy success.
